Exchange and return policy

Replacement and return procedures

  1. Time period:
  • Exchanges or returns can be made within a maximum of 7 days. From the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and with all its accessories.
  1. Manufacturing defects:
  • The customer has the right to replace or return the product in the event of a manufacturing defect during the installation process or within 15 days from the date of installation.
  • Installation must be carried out by company employees or authorized distributors (the customer is informed of the distributors in advance during purchase).

Exceptions to refund

  • Loyalty points, rewards programs, or vouchers obtained from the company or strategic partnerships cannot be redeemed.
  • Discount coupons, offers and gifts granted during purchase are not refundable, but can be exchanged for an equivalent or greater value.

Amounts paid via credit cards

  • In case the return conditions for products paid using credit cards are met, the value will be refunded through the bank.
  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days, depending on the bank’s policy.
  • Cash refunds are not available for orders paid by card.
